Mike Brooks has more than 20 years’ work experience in network administration, embedded systems engineering and Database Administration and Programming (I am Microsoft Certified as both a SQL Database Programmer and Administrator).

Former head database administrator for Agate Resources that is owned by Centene when he discovered these blatant violations of HIPPA and sales of medical records. He will appear in court on Wednesday November 10th 2021, charged with contempt of court for trying to turn these records over to the US Supreme Court. They are blocking this information from being allowed into the US Supreme Court system.
